We are proud to announce that the Pro-Am will benefit The First Tee in Aberdeen. TFT impacts the lives of young people by providing educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values and promote healthy choices though the game of golf.
In addition to the main event players can continue to expect all the extras such as two nights of live entertainment, amateur closest to the hole contest, complimentary lunch each day, free practice round and Calcutta on Thursday, and more. Do not forget the Titleist/FootJoy store where every amateur gets $80 to spend!
And how about the Senior Flight(s). Those 55 and older can elect to play from the White Tees (with the appropriate USGA handicap adjustments). Teams may be mixed with Seniors & non-Seniors. Seniors choosing to participate in the Senior Flight(s) will be grouped into their own flight(s) for the individual portion of the event only.
Teams will consist of one professional and three amateurs…and will be limited to 48 teams (or 144 amateurs)! This makes the event more exclusive and helps to improve the speed of play. Last year the tournament filled faster than it ever has, so do not delay.
All amateurs that played in the 2016 Pro-Am will have first preference to enter this year’s event before it is opened to the general public. Early entries will be accepted from April 1-30, 2017 ONLY. After that time, available spaces (if there are any) will be opened to the waiting list and then general public.
NOTE All entry fees must be paid when you enter in order to hold your reserved spot.
NOTE Each team that played last year will get a spot for ONE team in 2017. If you your team wishes to split up and start two or more new teams, only one team will be allowed in during the early entry period and all other teams will be put on the waiting list.
